Dimension Films have finally released a brand new full trailer for Hayden’s upcoming movie Scream 4 and Hayden looks so freaking amazing in it.

The producers of Hayden Panettiere’s upcoming TV movie about Amanda Knox have defended their handling of the controversial subject matter, insisting the film was made “responsibly” and won’t have an impact on real-life legal proceedings.

The Heroes star plays the American college student in Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy, which is based on the 21 year old’s sensational Italian murder trial over the brutal killing of her roommate, Meredith Kercher.

Knox was sentenced to 26 years in prison for slashing her friend’s throat with a knife in 2007 during a violent night fuelled by sex and drugs, and she’s currently appealing her conviction. Lawyers for Knox were not happy with plans to turn the story into a movie before the appeal had been concluded and refused to let Panettiere meet the jailed student.

Hayden Panettiere has revealed that she has no idea if there will be a movie to wrap up Heroes.

Rumours of a film or miniseries began circulating when the show was cancelled last May but NBC later confirmed that it has no plans to continue with the project.

Panettiere has now told Zap2It that she hasn’t heard anything about a possible spinoff.

“I have no idea of any intention [of it],” she said. “I think if it happened, it would be a little bit down the road. It would be fun to do, but I know nothing about it.”

Panettiere added that she loved starring in Heroes, saying: “I grew up on that show. I spent some of my real developmental years there, and that’s my family. They were the best people to grow up around, and it was a great experience. And I loved playing Claire – she grew up with me, and I grew up with her.”

Heroes creator Tim Kring is currently developing a new drama pilot for Fox.
